澳大利亚留学网 OPTUS电信公司 为了增加广大留学生朋友的勤工俭学机会,澳大利亚第二大电信公司Optus及其下属公司SIMFORCE招聘兼职销售顾问,提供培训,底薪和提成。 下面是有关本项目的英文介绍 Summary SImForce maybe a newly incorporated company to cater for the outsource of Direct Selling Solution but our founding members are seasoned veterans in the Direct marketing and Selling environment. As part of our strategic forward planning and expansion program we would like to make the following proposal to interested academic establishment to join us in our quest to fulfill our vision and corporate mission. Our proposal is simple, we’ll provide the appropriate environment and conditions to extend your academic qualifications to include practical and appropriate work placement to compliment your existing courses or module. Our program is supported by qualified trainers and certified by Optus, our partners. And your students will be placed in real and actual sales and marketing environment to enable them to put their academic studies into real practice in real situation and scenario, in the real market. Business Concept -Work Placement For Final Year Graduate Students -Work Experience For Pre Graduate Students -Actual work environment to prepare students for the real world Real work, real targets and deadline. Current Situation -Most graduate students graduate from universities without any work experience. -Most students do not have the necessary basic work etiquette on the first job. -Most students believe that upon graduation the …“and they live happily ever after” scenario would transpire. Key Success Factors -Existing situation reflect that a high percentage of our applicant are university students. -A high percentage state that they are looking for local work experience. -Overseas students are also appearing on our part-time sales consultant payroll. -Students sees our employment as a meaningful vocation that will prepare them when they finish their studies. -Finally, it subsidize their standard of living. Goals -Vision Statement It is our vision and mission to provide the best and most professionally trained direct sales consultant to mutually grow with our trading partners . From our vision statement one would appreciate that we are constantly on the look out for quality recruits and a religious appreciation for staff training. Milestone -Though relatively a new player to the Melbourne direct marketing market, we have successfully secured Optus as one of our major client. -SimForce now handles, as a supply partner of Optus, their direct selling products on HFC,OFFNET, MOBILE etc. -Presently operating from Optus’ Head office at Collin’s Street, we are expanding at such a phenomenon pace that oblige us to lease additional administrative office space. -At SimForce, we are targeting to achieve and attain Optus’ Supply Partner of the year (2005), which we came best SP in south region by 2004. Industry Environment -The direct marketing industry sees a high turnover in their employee and we do not attempt to change the trend. -However we at SimForce believe that we are able to accommodate and harness from the trend (high turnover mainly due to personal advancement as most people uses direct selling as a initially training ground and as a stepping stone) as there are those who genuinely appreciate this line of work as a career. -As direct selling is still a relatively new industry, we believe there are potential superstar out there who share our vision and commitment, and the channel to reach the bulk of these potentials are through the universities. We at SimForce also believe in giving back and creating opportunities…we were students once upon a time. Our Proposal -We at SimForce would like to propose the provision of the work placement proposition to academic establishment as a solution or addition to your already extensive module of studies. -Students may sign up for a full semester of actual direct selling activities. -All participating students will be given a comprehensive training course and on-field training before being eligible for the Optus designed written and field assessment. -Upon satisfactory completion of the abovementioned assessment, participants will become eligible direct sales consultants for SimForce qualified for selling Optus telecommunication products. -With accordance to all SimForce Sales Consultant, student participants will be apprised regularly by their supervising managers whereby they will be evaluated. -All student participants will be remunerated as per normal sales consultant i.e. commission basis -Advancement opportunities and accessibility to advance training courses are as per normal sales consultant. Operations -As per our standard application process, all interested participant must endeavor to a selection process. -Upon selection, they will be required to attend a week of training and a three week on-field assessment before being eligible to conduct sales independently. -Attendance of the abovementioned training course must be 100% whilst the three week on-field assessment can be accumulative. Payment structure Base income plus commission 1. part-time: $50 per day at least 3 days (term and conditions may apply) 2.full-time $50 per day at least 5 days (term and conditions may apply) 3.
