托儿所幼护管理员重回60分职业清单分析

目前的可以在澳洲攻读的75分紧缺的移民专业主要有汽修、厨师、美发、园艺种植、电工、电焊工等，对于女孩子来会说，选择实在很少。而澳大利亚自2004年以来，出现了一个新的婴儿潮(Baby Boom), 所以对于目前已经供不应求的chidl care行业来说，如同雪上加霜，很多孩子要提前1年多报名才可以在托儿所有位置。很明显，澳洲政府意识到了这个方面的需求，所以最近动作频频，根据留学网6月初收集的情报，政府首先已经内部把children service co-ordinator这个职业从原来的Vetassess转去了TRA。

澳洲有很多TAFE开设有幼儿护理专业，其中澳大利亚留学网代理的院校中就有Swinburne大学TAFE部，homesglen, Chisholm, Box Hill等TAFE学院均设有Children Service的diploma课程，如果学完这个专业可以通过TRA，则将是有历史意义的大事！我们拭目以待！

跟踪报道：

TRA终于出台了，但是结果大失所望，TRA出了狠招，在和幼护行业人士论证后，TRA开出了难以跨越的门槛：

1. 所学课程必须是2年的diploma或者3年的本科。不给短期内学习diploma课程的学生只可以成为Child care worker, 而幼护工人是不被TRA认可的。

2.  对于职业评估的工作经验问题，TRA居然要求是完成课程后的3年经验， 而且对于实习单位的规模个工作环境也有要求，

3. 雅思要4个6.0,

所以这个幼护专业移民的道路究竟如何走，我们将根据市场情况，为大家做进一步报道！

下面是2006.7.1日TRA公布的政策原文：

CHIILD CARE CO--ORDIINATORS

On 1 July 2006, TRA becomes the assessing body for Child Care Co-ordinators for pre-migration purposes.
According to the Australian Standard Classification of Occupations (ASCO) Second Edition, the responsibilities and duties of a Child Care Co-ordinator [1295-11] include:
• directing and supervising childcare workers
• developing and implementing programs to enhance the physical, social, emotional and
intellectual development of young children
• providing care for children in before-school, after-school, day and vacation care centres
• managing physical childcare facilities and ensuring all buildings and equipment are
maintained
• maintaining records and accounts for the childcare centre, and
• complying with government childcare requirements and standards.

The TRA assessment standard for Child Care Co-ordinators for skilled migration purposes is:
• a two-year accredited post-secondary course in childcare (diploma or advanced diploma) or a three-year accredited tertiary course in early childhood care or education
• three years supervisory experience that reflects the responsibilities, duties and tasks of a Child Care Co-ordinator—this must be obtained in an environment of substantial size
and reputation and subject to a regulatory framework, and gained after the accredited course referred to above is completed
• proficiency in English language literacy and numeracy with an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of at least six in all four components.

We have developed this standard in consultation with childcare regulators and other stakeholders and with consideration of state and territory legislation. The standard will be
incorporated into TRA’s Uniform Assessment Criteria. From 1 July 2006, and under these new arrangements, the occupation of Child Care Co-ordinator attracts 60 migration points.
The new arrangements apply only to the assessment of Child Care Co-ordinators, and have no bearing on the assessment of childcare workers.
